the staff opened doors for me i appreciated that service the room service menu had an excellent selection of food the meals were delicious

Valentina at check-in was excellent. valentina at the spa was also wonderful. nassim and ian, the bellboys, greeted me with smiles. i used the text service for room updates. It was helpful.
the room i booked was a bit smaller than i anticipated, so i would confirm the size next time.

great location large room elegant room incorrect order oily eggs second morning
The location is great. I was able to easily walk to Mayfair and Regent Street. The room was quite large and very elegant. I found it comfortable too.
my order was incorrect. The eggs were covered in oil. I didn't go back for a second morning.

Really good Experience
modern equipment immaculate room rainfall shower
The gym included modern equipment. I noticed three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. Housekeeping ensured the room was immaculate daily. The bathroom featured both two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

mixed feelings about my stay
small room minimal closet
the location of the hotel was acceptable.
the room i booked did not meet expectations, especially considering the price i paid. the room felt quite small, and storage was a real issue. there were few places to put my clothes, and the closet space was minimal.

The facility is centrally located, which i found very convenient. it is near shopping areas, yet just far enough from the main streets to ensure peace and quiet in the room. the housekeeping services were great. The room was super clean, with tea and milk restocked promptly. i appreciated the provision of nice china and glassware in the rooms, which i made good use of.
i found the sauna to be a bit too tiny.

every staff member i encountered displayed really good hospitality, from the front desk to the valet and wait staff. the maid service was also superb. i experienced this level of consistent, polite service at only one other hotel in the us.
