The facility is centrally located, which i found very convenient. it is near shopping areas, yet just far enough from the main streets to ensure peace and quiet in the room. the housekeeping services were great. The room was super clean, with tea and milk restocked promptly. i appreciated the provision of nice china and glassware in the rooms, which i made good use of.
i found the sauna to be a bit too tiny.

every staff member i encountered displayed really good hospitality, from the front desk to the valet and wait staff. the maid service was also superb. i experienced this level of consistent, polite service at only one other hotel in the us.

the hotel has a good location, with convenient access to various sights and shops. it is very accessible and easy to reach. there's a bar and a restaurant available. it is also near a big fitness center.

the room had dyptique products in the bathroom. the rooms were big and clean. the bedding and linens were an absolute treat! the room was tastefully decorated with a great shower and the most comfortable bed ever.
